84 Targa alarm bypass help..

I have been chasing a crank-no-start problem for a while now and after having DME redone, changing DME relay (twice, and even opened up relays to check for bad connections), reference sensor changed, etc.

Still not getting power to DME so I finally took out the fresh air dist. to get to the alarm module and did the "no-cut" bypass by jumping the two "61" ports and then then connecting the 15 and 87a ports. "No Cut" method for bypassing factory alarm

This still did not help. Upon checking each of the numbered ports as per my book, there does not seem to be any power to the #15 Port which should be getting power from the #7 fuse.

Anyone have any ideas of what else to check to see why the #15 on the alarm module plug is not getting power?

If this helps... I now seem to have power going to the module via #15 but there is not any power going to the DME relay plug, #86 on the plug.

Anyone with any thoughts?
