pastel blue versus mexico blue pics?

Anybody have any side by side pics of the two colors?
Trying to decide which color to paint the '73.5 coupe.
Tear down begins in a couple of weeks.

Stole this Pastel blue one from the narrow hot rod thread:

Stole this from somewhere too, but not sure what color it is: Maybe mexico blue?

If that is a pic of Matteo's car, if I remember the article correctly, it was actually a special tint from Mexico Blue and not the original factory color. The second car above does not look like Mexico Blue to me but then blue seems very hard to photograph with accurate color.

Now I think about it isn't Mexico Blue a 74/75 only color and therefore more likely to appear on a short hood?

Ask and you shall receive. I shot them 2 months ago for my project. Mexico on the top and Pastel on the bottom. Enjoy.

I would stick with pastel blue just because it was an option on longhoods. Mexico blue is a great color, but it would bug me after a while.

Glacier Blue

I was going to go with Mexico blue on my 356 outlaw but changed my mind when I found Glacier Blue - a 72-73 911 color. It is a shade darker than Mexico blue.

Thanks guys. I am slightly partial to Pastel.
Pretty tough decision already without throwing Glacier Blue into the mix!
Beautiful color and beautiful car.

Anybody know where Olympic Blue falls in the fray of these aforementioned colors? from lighter to darker?
