Thread Closed, Hugh R passed his Smog Test with flying colors.
Main culprits Fractured Rotor, Plugs and broken O2S connector to DME and O2S. Cat was not needed but it did not hurt the finally numbers Squeeky Clean

Good to hear. Knew it wasn't the cat (though it does affect things as it ages) from what was described.
Hugh, sorry about the confusion the other day. Glad you called to get that straightened out. Don't freak in 2 years when the DMV notice comes in and you see "GROSS POLLUTER" across the top. As we talked about, your choice in smog stations just shrunk, but since we live in L.A..... Not a big deal.
