Numbers Question
Hey Everyone,
So I bought a 73T 911 project car. It came with a 2.2 engine that was swapped for the original 2.4 at a place called Auto Doc in Scottdale GA in 1985 according to the documents that came with the car. My questions are: Is there any other way to get the original engine and trans #'s without paying the $118.00 for a COA from Porsche? And, really what are the chances I can find the original case? Thanks to you all for any input you may have. Mark |

your VIN can tell what engine type and Tx type was originally fitted to the car.
Also, maybe it is in someone Database with the original serial #.
