Yet another clutch question?

Trying to reduce the thread length to between 17mm and 22mm at the transmission end on my 1970 911T, currently 30mm. Having difficulty getting the clevis separated from the clevis fork, does anyone have any tips? Cheers...

Use a slightly smaller than the opening 'L' shaped Allen wrench and push the pin out. Make sure the arms are freed from the cable before pushing.
