Question alternator wiring help please

I got a new engine harness from Dennis (Timmy2) and the alternator wires don't match. I had three wires when I sent it and now I have 4. I don't have a picture that includes the spade connector. does anyone know where this goes? it is the newer alternator. I replaced the old one so it may have some internal VR or something. I'm not an electrician - I'm just a knuckle dragging mechanic. Help please.

coming apart:

Well, I know someone who can help you... (Always available for installation support...)

It appears you now have an internal Voltage Regulator on your Alternator, so just fold over and tape back the black wire onto the other wires far back from the terminals with multiple wraps of electrical tape. It will work just fine.
At the other end by the CDI, there will be a black 3 prong connector that isn't needed to the old external VR. Just tape it up and tuck it away too.

These are not the greatest photos but I took them tonight before removing my engine shroud.

My car has the 4 wires. The two that screw on are fairly obvious and then there were two wires that plugged in to spades.

These are the only photos I have:
