Need some help.
Well guys I bought this 1982 Porsche 911 that needed some body work. The frame was pulled and body lines look good. Now the windshield leaked and had rust, So I pull the windshield out last week cleaned up all the rust, Safelite installed the new windshield today and I have a gap on the driver side upper corner and will not seal at the top from about the rear view window to the corner. The other side is a lot better but could be better. Can this be fixed? Its raining will post ugly pics tomorrow.
So what I need is if someone can get a digital level and measure the A pillars for me on both sides and send me the specs on what they have and area they set the level

It looks to me like the inside lip of the driver's corner is bent upward. Notice the inside edge of the windshield opening as you move from center of the opening to the corner, and down the side if the A-pillar--it looks to bend upward to me, especially when compared to the other corner's inside edge. Is that the case, or is it an illusion from the photographs?
Also, there looks to be a dent in the A-pillar just as the corner curve ends. Look where the inside lip changes from horizontal to vertical, just after the curve. The vertical part looks to be dented to me. Both these dents and bends could cause the windshield to not seat properly.

The pics with the new windshield will be much better. The roof has no buckles at all. I did notice a lot of caulk in the upper driver corner and the top middle on the old seal.

ok here are my problem pics......
  The driver side bottom is not to bad but bad enough  this is the gap from outside the car on the upper driverside

From your latest pictures, I think you're on the right track in thinking the angle of the A-pillar is off on the driver's side. From the condition of the upper corner, and the distortion of the metal along the outside curve of the bottom corner (third picture), the pillar appears to have been pushed back from its correct angle. You need accurate dimensions of the frame in this area to confirm the correctness of the opening. Good luck (and that's genuine, not sarcasm.)
