CIS Chugging
When I give my '75 CIS a stomp on the throttle from idle, the engine returns but it sort of chugs for a while. It does not stumble, just sort of chugs-like it is getting too much fuel. After about 25-40 seconds it returns to a nice smoooooth puuuuuurrrrrr but, only after a very slight tap on the throttle...make sense...
