Need help finding nuts
or at least the correct size. I need to get some nuts for my coil wires and the wire that goes on the oil pressure thingy next to the fan housing. in order to help facilitate things, I have added a couple of pictures...
![]() ![]() I could probably take the coil into the bolt/nut shop, but pulling the oil pressure thingy would be a real pain. Thanks!!

I think that they're all reasonably standard metric sizes. For example my coil seems to be an M6 thread requiring a 10 mm spanner.
Why not just buy a few metric nuts M4 to M8?

If Tony doesn't have all you're looking for let me know and I'll see what I can come up with in my box of spare stuff.

Hi Kemo,
Take the coil and sensor to Ace Hardware. Look for bins with metric hardware. They are probably m5, but try them until one fits. Good luck, Dave

sorry for the late reply, thanks for the offer Tony. Ill probably go to the bolt/nut store and just get a small care package of m6 down to m1 or whatever the smallest ones are and just keep the ones I don't use for later use. if after all that, im calling Tony!

Hi again, Kemo,
I Googled to see that you have Ace Hardware in your area. It may be worth exploring one. I cannot tell you how many times they have saved me time and money, when I am missing just one fastener to complete a task. I have drawers full of them, but still Ace has helped me out. Good luck, Dave

If you have some calipers just measure each post. If it's 4mm then it's an M4. Easy peasy. (8mm spanner)
