918 spyder
 On my way home from MSR Cresson and saw this in south Ft Worth, waved at the guy when I passed him and he looked at me like I was way out of line? oh well, I was in to good of a mood.

Cool car without question. I would have waved back though. Granted my '78 may not have the "OMG" factor like the 918, but it does turn heads and receive many a thumbs up!

This one with Weissach package was on the floor at the dealer in New Orleans. $951,000 with an addendum asking a million over sticker. They said they had already turned down offers of $100k over sticker.

This on belongs to a guy here in town that owns a hardware store. The guy is famous for always having a Ferrari out front (including his Enzo).
Recently, he went to get the latest Ferrari and the company has "shunned" him because he sold one of his many Ferrari's to a "non-collector class person". As a result, Ferrari would not sell him the car that he wanted. He no longer owns a single Ferrari and went to the Porsche Dealer and ordered this 918 Spyder. He just joined our local PCA. Personally, I think the red is overkill and would look better in silver. This one even came with matching red leather custom luggage (a $22,000 option). Moral of this story....hardware is way over priced.
