76 and 84 cam housings interchangeable?

Just wondering if they swap. Serial numbers identical till last two digits. Any concerns with a swap?

If you have an extra one lying around... A Po buggered mine up...

3 bearing and 4 bearing. different size bore. would have to use the related cams, but they would interchange.

The 76 is no good then.

So i am assuming 3.0 to 964 would be a direct swap allowing use of original 3.2 cams?

Yes the four bearing cam housings are all the same generally speaking for 3.0 SC, 3.2 Carrera and 930/3.3L Turbo (including 964)

I may have a good spare housing in my collection. I'll take a look for you.
