1970 911E with 2.7LCIS install help

I have a 1970 911 e. The car had a 2.7L installed when I got the car. The motor had webber carbs. The motor was blown and the carbs were removed when I got the car. I purchased a 1977 2.7L with CIS. The motor is complete with engine wiring harness.
I have the wiring harness off the old blown motor that had carbs. My question is, can anyone help me? The motor has a rectangular pin style connector, and an oval connector and a small square connector. I have the bosh relay box they it looks like it plugs into for the oval plug. Should I be looking for the little panel with all the electronics that the rectangular plug will plug into? Can anyone on here assist me?

First two pics are the wiring harness of the 2.7l with CIS in my car now.
Rest of the pics are the wiring harness out of the engine bay of my car. This was the harness that was hooked up to the 2.7 l with carbs. What should I do?
Should I purchase the rest of the harness and engine bay panel from a 2.7l car that had CIS? This way most of my stuff will plug in? Any help would be appreciated.

The 1970 through body harness coming from the front of the car normally has a 14 pin connector that plugs into the side of the rear fuse panel. There the wiring goes to a small harness for the rear panel that feeds the devices on the rear panel and to the rear 14 pin male connector that the engine harness plugs into. I don't see that in your photos, which tells me the PO may have done some funky stuff.

The 3 pin oval plug goes to the CDI unit. The 3 prong triangle shaped connector near it goes to a remote VR. The 14 pin connector plugs into the rear 14 pin male connector.
To use the CIS there are a few wiring changes that will need to be made in the rear fuse panel as the wiring from the fuse panel 14 pin connector doesn't match up with the engine harness 14 pin connector.

Post a picture of the area where the rear fuse panel normally resides.
