89' 3.2 911 Central Locking System issue

1989 3.2
For years, when engaging the Central Locking System, using the driver's door with key, both doors locked and the lights on the locking stems blinked red without issue. Though
slowly over time, when unlocking or locking the doors on the drivers side, sometimes the passenger door would not go down to lock or unlock. Only when I applied more pressure (left to right) with the key, the passenger side would act, finally lock along with the driver's door.

Now, when locking the doors, BOTH lock, though only the passenger door locking stems blink's red and when I enter the car there is a buzzing sound - much like the seat belt buzzer - though not as loud. I much then manually unlock to passenger's lock to end the buzzer. Alarm Relay I am sure...

I feel it is down to two issues.

1. Central Locking Switch

2. Door Lock Micro Switch

Can anyone shed light on this gremlin that haunts my beloved?

Plus - who is this woman!

Thanks!
