1978 911sc left window motor

I looked one of the window motor install with pictures and my door "its original" and it does not have the back allen nuts as shown. After removing the front 4 nuts the regulator is still not very loose. I cannot move the regulator so that the motor caps crews are exposed. I did get the motor out and have 2-3 hours in trying to start the cap screws. It is up above the speaker opening and It is too tight to get both hands up there and get the screws start. Am I doing something wrong on loosening the regulator?
Is there a better way to start the screws. The screws are somewhat flat on the end. Is there a better screw? This has been a tough one.

window glass

It is down 2-3 inches and I cannot move it very much. I keep thinking that there are more regulator bolts.
Thankyou

As I recall, you need to raise the window 1/2 way up, un-bolt, you should then see it loose from the door then wiggle the regulator and motor out diagonally.

window motor completion

Well this regulator was not going to come out. I put another 4 hours trying to no avail. I have put regulators in a 69 911t and a 300sl mercedes. I finally took it into a friends body shop. I picked it up later in the afternoon with a bill for $128. Given all of my hand scrapes and arm bruises, It was worth the money.
I now know why the motor failed. The window was very difficult to slide up and down. I lubed the channels with 3m silicone paste and the results were spectacular. Whenever you take off a door panel you should lube those rails. Thanks for all the help.
