1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Cruise control
Hi Guys,
I'm trying to get my cruise control working and I researched two part numbers. the one found on my car which I believe it's not original is part # 412.203/1/10 (top number) 928.617.127.00 (bottom number). On the catalog it shows 1987-1989 cars to be a different number. The number is 911.617.227.00 I found a few places selling used units but I'm still not sure what part number is the correct one. Thanks Guys.

Hi Leo,
Any chance you could do a little summary of the research you have done and what work is required to fit the cruise? I would like to do the same mod to my 85. Cheers Stewart |

Yup, the one you have is for the '78 - '86 928.

It's also the same one used in '78-86 911 If your car is '86 or below that's the correct one. The '78-86 are mounted in the frunk, behind the cardboard blower cover. the '87 on are in the passenger compartment.
