Help identifying a serial number

Hello
I've just found a 1971 911E that supposedly has a non original engine. The engine serial number is 902XXX. I can't find any information on six cylinder engines with a 902 nomenclature, does anyone know what engine is this?
Thanks
Mauricio

Was the number in this location? Just to the right of the fan when looking into the engine compartment?

Should be seven digits

Serial numbers 900001-903550 is from a 1965 coupe engine number 901/01 gearbox 901/0 mated to chassis
numbers 300001-303390 some one might be looking for that engine. What carbs does it have? Should be
Solexs.

That means screw the car and retire on the engine sale.

I wouldn't call it a keeper. It has zero value to your car. Has a tin if value to a '65 owner. Sell that engine and build yourself a totally badass ST spec mfi engine for your E with the proceeds. Seriously.
