What head is this? Strange part number?

I have a 1968 911T with its original engine, supposedly modified to S specs. The head part numbers are 901.104.305.0R dated 9/67 and 901.104.305.02 dated 6/67 - on the three heads I have off. This doesn't match any head numbers I've found, but I have very limited experience at this. What do I have?? Thanks for any help.

R901.104.305.02 is a 67-68 911S head and should have casting marking k1819c on it.

I don't know what the other one is, what is the casting marking on that one?

You're right - dirt and my poor eyesight made the C look like an O. They're all K1819C

Shaun, perhaps I can impose one more ID question. I finally found a cam and wonder if they are also early S. The engine is only partially apart so I can't see the other one yet.
Part# 901.105.1090R
Casting# 28-12166 (possibly 12168)

I'm much more excited about proceeding with the restoration now.

Thanks,
George

Then you have a rare, perhaps special, cam and I can't help I'm sorry to say.

901.105.109 cams came in 3 flavors to the best of my knowledge. Note that 110 references the right side cam while 109 is left.

.01 is a 1965 Solex center lube cam

.04 is 65-67 solex spray

.05 is a 911L cam

So there's room for .02 and .03

I hope you can find what each indicates, I'm very interested.
