Is there something missing? Like a spring?

I have a simple question. Is there something missing like a spring from this throttle lever? If so --- what is the part number of the spring and where exactly does it connect from and to?

I think on my 85 there is a spring that goes back to the plate for the cruise control cable. Are you having throttle problems?

Missing are the spring return, bolt to secure the decel valve to the TB, etc.
