Window regulator pivot location for 85' Cab.

The pivot fell out last year when I was in the drivers door fixing the lock mechanism. After I put it back together the window would go down, but not the last two inches! Does anyone have a schematic/diagram of the locations of the pivots?

Double check, but the pivot rarely falls out. It is rather the spring keeper that breaks. It is soft metal that is swaged into a hole (and much shorter).
Replacement pivots are sold, but the spring keeper is not.

In the pic below, the green is the pivot and the red is where the keeper pin was.

There are several threads on a repair - using a small nut/bolt or a similar method.
