Fat Fuse Help

Im in the middle of working on my Foglight problem. I have looked at the electrical diagram on the Foglights and noticed that fuse 1 gets its power from fuse 17 and fuse 17 gets its power from fuse 18. The way the diagram looks is that if fuse 17 is HOT then pin 30 in the relay should also be HOT right???

Can someone please pull relay 2 and check to see if pin 30 is HOT for them.

I can jump fuse 17 to 1 and get the fog lights on.

Bump, and can any SC owner with fog lights check to see if Relay 2 pin 30 is HOT for them. I think I have a gremlin, hehe

bump, anyone with a SC with fog lights can you go check please. I dont want to bust into the fuse panel and re-wire if its not supose to be HOT thanks.
