Help indintify this in my engine

Hey guys I have these two units in the engine I think they are AC or heat maybe. Can anyone tell me a bit about them?..at the moment I'm not putting either back into the car but I've noticed it looks like there is a belt missing of the unit on the left maybe and the pulley does not turn/seized.

The unit on the right has a hose and a single cable the runs under the car and to the frunk but is damaged.

The AC compressor pulley where the belt is connected to should turn. The face of the pulley is what does not turn unless you turn on the AC. The switch engages an electromagnet which sucks the face (AC clutch) in towards the compressor and then the spinning clutch, through friction causes the insides to spin and compress the refrigerant.
