Problem removing Headlight..

OK, I thought looking at the U tube videos and all that would help me remove my H5 headlights from my 87 911 so I could replace the bulbs and clean the lens....

But...after I removed the painted rim after taking out the phillips head screw on the bottom, the remaining flat head screw that was supposed to be there on the bottom wasn't there.

I went to the other side and again I don't see that described inner screw at the bottom of the light...

The headlight housing still seems well encased..

What didi I do wrong??

find the 4 screws around the outside of the lower framework that attach the assembly to the fender. 2,4,8, and 10 o'clock.

The video you watched was for H4, different from H5. You don't have the flathead screw on yours.

Yes thanks! I thought though that 87 Carreras had H5s unless it was added.
