Question No right rear turn signal but works with hazard!

I just installed the new turn signal flasher and I can now flash. However, the passenger side rear turn signal does not flash when the switch is set for the right turn. The front right signal blinks but not the rear. If I turn on the four-way flashers all four signals blink. I should add that all taillights are fine as are the brake lights.

I am confused as to why the hazard flashers light/blink the right rear light but not the right turn switch. Does anyone have an idea? I doubt it is a problem at the light since it is only a right turn signal problem, if the four-way flasher did not light/blink I would look at the socket. Could there be a problem at the turn signal switch? This has me stumped.

Thanks

Lightbulb

Wouldnt the 4 ways channel thru the sig switch anyway? Pull the lense off the tail lite, and while you have the R turn flashing, give the bulb a little juggle/twist, etc. Maybe that'll help!

Unfortunately it is not the bulb. I have a 12-volt signal at the socket when the 4-way flasher is on but not when the turn signal is on. This seems like it should be simple and I think I am missing something. I am going to tear into this tonight and see what I can find.
