Stray Wires
Can anyone help me identify these wires? The brown one with the eyelet looks to be a ground to me, and it comes from a bundle that includes the coil wires and a wire that goes to the oil pressure sensor on the front right (passenger side) of the engine.
There is also a connector with two wires in the second picture that are not connected to anything. Does anyone recognize those?   Thanks for the help!! Last edited by gregguillaume; 10-19-2015 at 07:44 PM.. |

first is a ground ( brown )
second is a heater blower motor connector ( red and brown )

Second is the vacuum delay thermal time switch connector with a red/white and brown wire to it.
If the car is 1980 to '83 US it is not used. Just tape it up. All 78/79 and some later row engines use it.

Actually, the blower motor connector is out of frame, so timmy2 had that one right. many thanks. |
