Can I use Vented Front Rotors on 68 Struts?
Hello,
I am wondering if I can use vented rotors on 68 non-"S" Struts?? Also the struts have no hubs or calipers... What do I need to go with the vented discs? Which calipers should I use?? I am hoping to use "M" Calipers... Thanks for all the help, Ron

The struts were the same in "S" and "non-S" cars in '67-68, the vented rotors just required a spacer in the caliper for the extra width, otherwise they are the same as the solid rotor cars in '65-'68. Unfortunately, all the early struts from those years had 3" bolt spacing on the calipers and there is no easy way to make an "M", "S" or "A" caliper with 3.5" spacing fit them.
I believe the rear "M" caliper from the later cars has the 3" bolt spacing and will fit the early vented fronts. TT
