Web Site Idea

The domain names should make it clear what I'm thinking about doing. Any ideas?

How about Gruppe36.org?
That might be construed as an act of mutiny, by some.

And then the east coast guys would get their noses bent out of shape about my large-displacement 'attitude.'

3-6swap.org and 3-6registry.org are good ideas. Maybe Swap36.org, too.

36whatever doesn't work. It needs a separator - I like 3point6 or 3pt6.

Jack,
How about those of us with "puny" 3.2's?? Don't you think we have some common issues / solutions to share as well?
Just a thought. Over time, all new transplanters will migrate to the newest Aircooled blocks available, but I plan to get a lot of years out of my 3.2 before upgrading at the block level...

Jack, I voted for "something else". Because that's what Black Beauty is! (And will be again).

silverc4s makes a good point. Bill V, for example is putting a 3.8 in his. Of course I'm extrapolating what you want the site to be about. . . .you haven't given us much info as to what it would include (and exclude)-- kinda rguppish

How about:

Franken911stein.org

FrankenGruppe.org

Of course, if I were looking for this swap info, I would go Here.

Given the spirit of that sort of thing and the related factory history of using a bigger motor in the RS/RSR than in the normal versions, How about RSgruppe.org? RSRgrupe.org?

still think shorter is better, but agree that you need to split the 3 and 6

http://3.6swap.org

But what you actually register is 6swap.org, then setup a subdomain of 3.6swap.org

How 'bout:

Then the four or five of you can hit your own web site to your heart's delight.

Just havin' fun with ya. I'm sure the site would be interesting. I agree with the "shorter is better" comment.
