A/C question: the green o-rings size
I want to replace all the o-rings with green o-rings for R134A. The problem is that Pelican website doesn't say which o-ring for which hose. Does anyone know which o-ring size goes to which hose?
Thanks.

If you go to your local auto parts store you can buy an assortment of the o-rings for a couple of bucks.

For 5 or 6 bucks you can get every o-ring you need and many you don't need.

R134a compatible o rings = HYDROGENATED NITRILE, aka HNBR or HSN.
Colors can be black, red, blue or green. In auto AC green is more common color. For a 1984-1989, 911, stock system, from Pelican, you would order: For hoses and components: 5 pcs of 999-707-247-40 3 pcs of 999-707-434-41 2 pcs of 999-707-251-40 For under compressor manifolds: (4) 944-126-935-01 The only other o-rings you could replace would be compressor's 3 case o-rings, and the one in the nose seal, however for this you would need a compressor seal kit. And, there is a small o-ring where the expansion valves' external equalizer tube attaches to the top evaporator outlet (which is usually not a problem child). Porsche AC
