Refinishing Fuchs -- A different approach

Just a question? I had 12 of my fuchs blasted with corn starch to remove the anodizing, paint, vaseline and whatever else was in them. They have a perfectly uniform rough finish which I wanted for the background of the petals.

Now, any easy way to make the petals smooth and shinny again. The metal looks like 180 grit sandpaper.

Please help!!!
