How would I tell if the clutch slave cylinder was bad??
My clutch seems mushy and there is about 1 inch of play in the pedal before any resistance is felt. No leaking is aparent. The clutch engages/disengages fine, but not as good as before this mushy-ness started. Could this be the slave or master cylinder?
