Portland 911 Tech Friends?

I'm new to 911's and wonder if anyone local in Portland Or is willing to be a tech friend. Recently aquired a 1983 911SC and am about to jump into fuel line replacement through tunnel. Any advivce is helpful! Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the wacky world of 911's and P'town. Lots of us here. As said, hit a B 'n B and you'll meet some of our finest....fuel line replacement has been covered in threads here. Do a search.

Welcome to the forums, there is a lot of help here.

Here's a link to the thread for my custom forum search engine (I find it a bit more useful than the standard forum search engine):

Custom forum search...

Put in "replace tunnel fuel line" and you'll get links to several pertinent threads for this.

It's probably easiest to accomplish with the engine/trans out of the car, but not impossible with it in place.

Are you replacing due to a known leak, fuel smell in the car (which may not be the fuel line), or other reasons?
