My hound smells something....what's the university in Stockton ? You fellas sound a little queer to me...in an odd way. Hound used to hump a stuffed bunny we called poofta.

Maybe one of youre neighbors has some extra space for youre truck. but looks to me like youve got plenty of space for a pad on the side. It doesnt have to be ugly concrete. theres plenty of options for turf driveways. Id say that side spot is a given in a situation like yours.

Good thought. Might not have the room. I'll check with county zoning on Monday to see if there are any restrictions or easements. I know for sure there is along the back of the property line and at the street. Just not sure about the sides adjacent to neighbors.

Sorry Tim, went back and read your old responses, you're my kind of people. The hound can smell a right thinking man. God bless America, you and your family.

Maybe I see where we are sideways. Earlier I was saying sell the SC AND the truck and replace with some other Porsche.

I also realize now that was a moment of weakness... It was 60º this afternoon and I drove my son to his basketball game in the 911 with the windows down. It was like somebody splashed cold water on my face. WTF was I thinking? $60k for what? A cupholder?

I was driving my 86 around the neighborhood the other day and waved at a fellow who was sitting outside drinking a glass of wine. He had a silver GT3 in his driveway that looked absolutely wicked. We chatted for just a second and he said, 'i used to have an air-cooled Porsche. I hate I ever got rid of it. I love the sound of that thing.'

Whenever I think I might like a fancy new car, I remember that I really enjoy tinkering with the one I've got.

So Tim, we're going to subject the other Tim to Bob's weekend party kit?!?!? I'm not so sure Brother Bob will want to part with that considering that's how he pulls all the Akron honeys (like below)!!!

Hey Tim, speaking of "escalating quickly"; drive a 911 with one of these'ens hangin' and a swangin' out back, and you will quickly find yourself in an escalated state, too, bro!!!

Wow, Bob is the real party animal. Is that why his nickname on the street is "Roofy"?
I think the better idea would be to "boost him back to reality"...
For what it's worth, I think our buddy Tims back to reality.

Tim, I have a 1 1/2 car garage and have 5 cars. I recently put up very nice tubular steel car port attached to the house. So two more cars can park in driveway under shade and protection of elements. Typically I have to move 3 cars to get to 911 in garage You have many options, one being, land to work with. Sounds like you've got some great options at your disposal. Good luck, Tim

Hmmm... Now that you mention it Bob was telling me about his friend by the name of 'Phil Crosby'. Muttered something about showing the ladies his pudding pop, whatever that means. Very strange...

I called the county zoning office this morning. A driveway can be right up to the property line UNLESS it has a structure over it. If there is a structure then it must be set back no closer than 10 ft from the property line on the sides of the property.

I'm getting some more info to do more homework. Stay tuned.

This pic is HOW I pull Akron females. That is me in the pic.

Earth shoe, Carhardt jacket wearing, Prius driving ruffians.

Sometimes they punch me. My favorite.

How much room do you have from the house to property line? Were you thinking of putting a roof over the pad?

22ft or so. I have thought about doing a shed roof. Leaning towards not. Might have to do a railing. It depends on how high the furthest point above grade is. I think code is 3 ft.

Got one concrete contractor coming tomorrow. Planning on getting 2-3 quotes.

Are you kidding me?? If you love your old Porsche then why would you even bring this up? If you sell it the chances are you will never be able to buy another one. Happened with me when I sold my 356. Go ahead and sell your SC and buy a 1999 water pumper. They are cheap. This is easy, just sell all your other junk and keep the SC. Or sell it to someone who wants it as their dream car.

I am trying to play off your pervasive homo comments.

What would you suggest I post?

I post a homo/tranny/L-word comment belittling myself and you still have some gutter s**t-ass comment for retort.

Tell me what I need to post to make you happy.

What can I say to shut you the eff up?

Is it that important to you to continue the five+ year history of high school gay reference commentary?

I don't car about male body hair, johnson size or male buttocks.

I don't need it. Why can't you understand that? I don't need it, ever. I am not a f*****, God bless their souls. Beat on the f*****s if that is your need. Not me.
