Are sport seats mounting brackets/rails interchangeable with standard Recaros ?

Seats are circa 1979? This a 1979 930. I want to mount sports seats in my 930 but want to know if I can you the existing mounting brackets/ rails.

What are the "existing" mounting brackets? If you post picture... that would help. (Sport seats of '79 vintage were made by Recaro. Look closely at the black knobs on the position levers and you'll see "Recaro" imprint.)

They are factory mounting brackets and rails. I was asking if the seat bracket and rails could be switched over from the standard 930 recaro seat to the 930 sport seat. The 930 sport seats I bought have poor condition mounting brackets and rails.

yes, same mounting locations for standard and sport seats.

Should be interchangeable, although there is more than one part number for the rails and I don't know what the differences were. If needed, I have a pair of factory rails from a set of the same sport seats in the used classifieds.

Link? I'm hoping these work. No one seems to have changed out sport seats lately.

FS: 74-on seat tracks

These came off of a set of '77 sports seats, from a '77 930, and those seats are identical to the sports seats used in 1979. I'll be away from the computer this morning; send me a PM if you want them.
