Addressing a MFI on a 70' 911e after sitting for 8yrs

Well, the day is soon to come: my brother finally is parting with his 70' 911e...to my girlfriend lol! (I have a 993 project my $$ is tied up in). Yep, she's awesome! Raced BMW's in her 20's, car geek like me and has always dreamed of a early aircooled! A unicorn on the "crazy-hot-matrix" scale. The car has not been started in 8-10yrs!! It does have the MFI system. Besides the many good suggestions of draining oil, fuel, new tires, addressing all the brakes, maybe a few drops of oil in the cylinders and hand cranking it a few times how should I approach the MFI after sitting for this long? I've searched around and this system seems pretty complicated. I appreciate the ideas. Thanks!

Pull the fuel sender and look in the tank with a flashlight for rust. Clean tank and lines as needed. Fresh gas. New fuel filter. See if the electric fuel pump runs. Replace any overly soft, or stiff fuel hoses. The delivery hoses for the cold start device to the air cleaner housing need to be secure. Free up the stack linkage w/penetrating oil. New tuneup parts. Oil/filter change. Pop the rubber cover off the far end of the MFI pump and push the rack in and out with a pocket screwdriver to be sure it's free. Maybe a squirt of oil down each stack. Disable either the ignition or fuel pump and crank the starter until oil pressure shows on the gauge for a minute or so. See if it fires up. The MFI belt may need to be changed now or later due to age. Then there's the frozen brake caliper issue, probably.

John! A scholar as usual. I think "she'll" have a great start on this "e". (I can hardly contain myself cause it's been probably 8yrs since I drove this car!) Your name popped in my head, and appreciate your advice! I told my gf about you as soon as she said she wanted to buy it from him. And, how we had one of the best mechanics about an hour away. We'll keep in touch and try to make the swap meet again this year. July?

take the pump drive belt of the back and make sure it rotates. I'ld probably pump some mineral oil or marvel mystery oil through the fuel intake while rotating the pump before hooking it all back up. Make sure that the belt gear in back is timed to the engine when replacing the belt.
Do you have the CMA manual for MFI?
Rebuilds are expensive and take months.
