Temperature switch needed on SC with headers and Carbs
Do I need to install the temperature switch located on the timing chain covers of I'm running PMOs and headers?
It's for the cold start injector, however, since I'm not using injection, I can just plug this, correct?

I think you must be right....that switch ops the injectors cold start valve that you will no longer have. You've removed it. I'd block it off or just leave in place unhooked.
You don't need it.

Chain housing cover........
Quote:
Do you have a hydraulic chain tensioner in your engine? If you do, I have spare Carrera chain housing cover perfect for your need. I could trade it for your chain cover. I don't have the part numbers for these chain housing covers right now but will post them after I get home. Thanks. Tony |
