Aluminum Pressure Plate Rebuild
If anyone has done this, what do you get done?
I was going to change the fulcrum - I think it it basically a spacer. Anything else done to make these stronger? |

Hmmm, I thought once it lost it's tensil strength, it is time to replace it, no?

Ask Dick Shift here if he can share some of his machining tricks. He cuts the housing surface and the pressure plate/friction surface a certain amount to regain some clamping force.
