Well a $200 or higher core charge per caliper might help.

It's what Porsche does when they want something back.

Best of luck to your business and family situation.

I do not disbelieve in anything. I start from the premise that everything is true until proved false. Everything is possible.

Guess that's the difference between LDS production and LSD production.

-SLC born to a family that came across the country with Brigham and helped build the Tabernacle.

Yeah Matt, I think you had them at legal pot. I'm afraid I can't compete with that "and" LSD.

Eric....I feel you pain. I work in IT and do a lot of business with HPE. They have trained their customers well to do business right at the end of every quarter, and especially at their FY Year End (Halloween, which is appropriate). They do this by offering discount during those times because they so desperately want business in for the quarter and FY Year End for the stock price and financials. Bad business if you ask me, but I get their problem.

You could learn from their mistake though....and maybe lower prices Q4 and raise them little during busy times. Not that I want to pay higher prices....but that is the best way for a business to "balance" their workload. Just a thought. I have talked to you guys a few times but I was on a time table and you did not have any calipers to rebuild, so I had to go a different direction. Every intersection was wonderful though, and I do look forward to working with you in the future.

I'm a newbie here, but I'll add a couple comments. I recently ordered new brakes for my 914 through PMB. The whole shebang, discs, calipers, pads, hard and soft lines. Everything was shipped rather quickly and was packed well. I did have one hiccup where my rubber lines didn't get packed in a separate shipment, but those arrived a few days later without issue. Communication was a tad spotty, but nothing out of the ordinary in my book. Maybe by today's standards. I'm old enough to remember when mail order was literally that, and a lot slower. I have to remind myself of that now and then when I get impatient, and dang it if it don't tick me off. A bleeder valve was also missing from my shipment, but Eric dropped one in the mail immediately. Eric will be happy to read my front cores went on the UPS truck last night (a few days later than I said, so, sorry for the delay Eric!)
