				What does this mean?

Does anyone know what this badge (yellow, orange, red) means? I have only seen them on German cars, but have no clue what they mean. Thanks. | ||

Not sure what the yellow/orange/red colored badge means, I'd seen a few on cars in Germany when we lived there but, sorry no idea now & a few Google searches weren't helpful. And agree with Karl, it is not the color of the Lithuanian flag, close, but..... The Lithuanian flag is Yellow/Green/Red standing for wheat fields, forests, and patriotism.

Somewhat similar to the flag of the grand duchy of Baden. Not really finding it, but I assume it has regional connotations.

This is bugging me too - I've seen them on Opels. Could it be like the BMW "M" badge (Blue/Purple/Red) or perhaps the colors of a German State?
