911 will not start

This AM I started my 80 sc to work in some mechanical issues. It was in the driveway all day, never moved it. When I went to start to put back in garage engine would crank but no fire. I think it might be electrical. Looked at fuse box and checked out fuse 16 and attached red wires. Easy way to rule out problems with fuse panel? Thanks in advance..

First check the fuel pump relay in the front relay/fuse panel. It's most likely red but could be black.

Second, what work did you do to it?
