Can you identify these headers and muffler?

I picked up some 1 5/8 headers and a muffler. I was curious if anyone could identify the make of either or both. The seller wasn't exactly sure what they were. They were his son's (who passed away, sad) and he was just cleaning out some old stuff. I think they are at least 5-6 years old, maybe older. The headers appear to be European/George's? The muffler appears to have had two round panels removed and re-welded. I have never seen a stock factory muffler with these, so I'm thinking that this was modified to be some form of "sport" muffler.
