Check motorcycle shops. I've seen them on bikes more often than on anything else.

Hole size

looking to replace all four valve stems with this tire change. Pelican sells valve stems for .625 and .453 valve stem holes and says both fit my 88. don't think that can be possible. So was wondering what size valve stem holes does my 88 have and are the valve stems the same length on both front and back?

I just installed a new set of Michelins on my car for a lot of $. I asked at a very professional high performance shop about using the metal threaded valve stems on my new install.
The head shop guy said he'd be happy to sell them to me but said they cause more trouble than they are worth and recommended using new rubber ones, so I did.
Just my $.02

Got those stem supports too. The tire guys at Kal tire here were all looking at them... "oooh, ahhhh... what are those for?"
I told them they're for anything above 100 mph!

Those things are damn expensive (and I'm missing 1 or 2).
I've seen them on flea-bay for $12 plus $8 for shipping (for one)!
Anyone know where I can get one or two for a reasonable price?

The deal killer is shipping. Would be a good item to crank out on a 3D printer...
