911 motronic

I have a few problems with my street/race car.
1. Surging at Idel.
( What to do?)
2. Miss at @ 5 to 6K rpm., ECU check out good, fuel is the question..
have very good flow Back to the ATL fuel cell ? I will check the fuel
pressure. Vac lines are all connected.
( how should the regulators react to vaccum ? higher pressure when low Vac?)

Make sure ICV is clean and OHM's out fine. Also make sure there are no vacuum leaks.

Many Many threads on this topic.

BTW, Welcome aboard.

As far as missing, make sure plugs are fully seat, you will be surprised sometimes they do wiggle loose.

Don't see any Vac leaks, The Plugs :-(
5 were just snug. 3 had the ends loose but had dielectric grease
on them. Bosch 4477 plantinium +4 , old plugs, are they still a '
good choice?
Installed some new wires,
The ICU is newer, but I'll check.

What is your opinion on Authority? I had a chip and MAF on my car for 6 years,
worked great, more power all around,
after a year sitting, would not work, very confused.... I had the ECU checked,
all good and both the Auth chip and the 911chip tested both good.
Still did not work...
I reinstalled the old AFM and I am back racing, but slower....

Techron

Go to Pepboys and buy real Techron. Follow instructions warm up and go for a drive. I bet it helps. Easy things first!!!!

ICV will need cleaning if too much oil is being sucked into the intake. Hw is your oil level after she is warmed up to 194F aka operating temps
