Found this when removing my DME unit
 Gents, anyone ever found a piece of paper like this near their DME unit. I swear it cam out when I removed the wire connector. Sorry about the photo clarity... b PS yes it's off to Mr. Wong to be inspected & re chipped |

Just a guess but may be an inspection or warning tag - either to protect equipment from ESD or the user from shock?
I don't recognize it but I might have one and not realize it.
