HVAC panel pictogram missing
The upper blue elongated wedge on the HVAC has fallen out and is lost. Any ideas on a potential fix or replacement? Do I need a new panel and do they make these. I guess I can go used at the dismantler.

Unless you are going for a 100% concours perfect interior, just go to any vinyl sign shop. Take a photo of a correct one and your car to the sign shop. They can make you a vinyl sticker that is blue and shaped like that. Just peel and stick. Have them make several so if you screw up the first one you can try again. Be sure to clean off any glue or residue first. They will likey do it for their minimum charge. Likely 20 bucks.

Or, you could just get a clean razor blade, a roll of blue vinyl tape or sheet and make your own attempt at it.
