OP - fixed the images for you. If you don't have luck in this section of the forum maybe try checking out the regional section. Good luck!

The Montana plates could be for an LLC vs. actual residency in the state.

It's not a Singer. It's a good try, though.

Are you certain it was a 964, not a 993? The wipers appear to have the narrower spread of the 993.

I'm sure you could trace the plates back to an LLC in Montana.

The cowl and wiper mechanism can be changed. Singer does that with theirs and I remember someone else doing that on an earlier G body 911 a few years back. It's been a long time since I saw that thread, but I think it was someone who put a 993 body kit on a 911, maybe painted it yellow...?

EDIT: Here are a couple pics of the cowl and a link to the thread. I thought there was a thread or two on converting the wipers. Not gonna search any further for it though.

The 993 Conversion Thread

As well, the windshield washer squirters are near the back edge of the frunk lid of a 993 and not on the cowl like this green one is.

Singer converted to 993 wipers:

And 993 wipers and squirters on frunk lid.
