SWB MFI question...

Anybody have a SWB car with MFI? I'm trying to find out if during the 68-69 transition period, Porsche built any SWB cars with the MFI planned for the 69 LWB cars.

I know of one so far...911 R #017

There were no production SWB MFI.

The second half of model year '68 SWB had magnesium crankcases and these cars can be converted from carbs to MFI.

Fair enough...

Anybody build a hotrod SWB MFI car? Or are all the SWB hotrods carbed?

This is what I am thinking...

Didn't they use mfi on some of the race cars in 68?

MFI in a SWB chassis

Found this...

Welcome to Rothsport Racing - Engine Products

Hmmm...this would work on a SS 2.5 twin plug w/ MFI. Should probably look for a 911 chassis this time around.
