Got my '88 coupe from my sister who is also an anesthesiologist (former attorney) (GA). She bought it at about the same time you purchased yours.... small world! At 34,000 miles, I'll bet your has about the same mileage! After running my '85 for 15 years, I must say I surely enjoy the G50. Lucky for me she doesn't have the same devotion to cars as you do...

Wonderful video, well executed, great music and most importantly, very relatable. In high school I had a poster of a Brumos RSR 59 above my bed. I visited the dealer and collected the brochures of the 70s and 80s 911s. They no doubt grew sick of me hanging out taking their literature. I built Porsche plastic model cars and would be elated when I saw a real one on the street. I still have my models.

Thank you for a nostalgic trip based on your correct hunch that all of us obsessed as kids never quite get over it.
