Brake MC Pressure switch replacement
If I replace the 2 pressure switches on the Brake MC, will it require bleeding the brakes after?

negative.
The back one is kind of a pain to get off. Deep socket is too deep, shallow socket is too shallow. If memory serves, an offset box wrench is your friend here.

I had an assistant hold his foot lightly on the brake pedal when I removed each switch. Had a paper towel under the switch and only got a drop or two of fluid out of the master cylinder by the time I was able to thread the new one in. Didn't require bleeding the brakes in my instance, your experience may vary!

+3, no need but to be safe, press the brake 2" in, held by a 2x4 or a helper. get towels ready.

It is usually not necessary as mentioned in the posts above.
The actual removal and replacement is the tricky part. I presume you have read through the threads on doing the replacement. The offset box end wrench was the key to me getting it done.

This is a good opportunity to switch to a mechanical brake switch actuated off the brake lever.
Those pressure switches take more brake pedal pressure than I was comfortable with, as the brake lights often don't come on in stop and go traffic where you just barely touch the brake pedal. HTH, Chuck.H '89 TurboLookTarga, 428k miles |

Tis more than likely your system could use a bleed. Do it.
