May just be photo angles but I’ve been thinking that the car sits a tiny bit too high. Thoughts?
|
It could be a little bit lower, but its not a show-car.
It will be mainly for regularity and oldtimer-rallys so a little bit clearance is a must for me. Its already lower, but for spirited driving :) |
This is from another angle

Don’t get me wrong it doesn’t look bad and obviously everything we do is finding that balance between form and function. Looks great, cool build

Very nice RSR, congrats! I am from Ghent, let me know if you do some meetings this summer, I am finishing my RSR this winter. Cheers, Nico

Finally got started on the interior.
It will be something between an RSR and full interior, I will keep the rear seats removable. https://myalbum.com/photo/9LfipfmkNhf9/540.jpg |

The interior 's finished :) The seats had their bolsters fixed and they received a thorough cleaning. I wanted to keep them as original as possible |
I'm not the biggest fan of the whole 'backdate' craze in general. But looking at the before and after, you've done that old 911 a tremendous big favor.
Enjoy, it's beautiful. |
I can't wait to ride in it!
|
Thanks :)
@Dru, hope we can leave our houses for non urgent reasons again within a few months.. The project's also on hold now because the upholstery shop is in Holland, and we're no longer allowed to cross the border to pick it up. |
