Rebuild kit for wiper assembly...anyone?
I have a 1968 SWB and my wipers don't park all the way down so they interfere with my view unless I push them further down, but even with that, at highway speed they eventually work their way back up into view. There is about 8-10 degrees of play in them when parked, meaning I can lift the arms and easily move them with no resistance. Basically they're loose. I've tightened them...repositioned them...etc...doesn't help. I'm thinking it's just wear and tear on the bushings in the linkage. So I was looking at this kit and wondering if it'll solve the issue.

Pull the assembly out and determine where the slop is and decide if the pieces in the kit will fix it.
