I wanted one for my 3.2 and buddies '86, it is a no go. only choice availble is to buy new $600
![]() Found some at Mc Master Carr but found out it was the pivit behind the Intake manifold that failed on both of our babies. They are metal coated in teflon bushing, tend to wear over time and rust causing severe binding. I post a thread on the tutorial. Even with the broken bushing at the throttle body, the repair made his TB smooth as butta ![]() Jim Jim

Reviving this thread, seeing as its been a while.
I discovered through a smoke test, that I have a significant vacuum leak at the throttle body. I spoke to a Gentlemen at Maxbore who can rebuild these, but would need a customer provided kit to do it. Does anyone know if there is a rebuild kit out there?

Contact Tony, boy911sc is his username. he has a small army of CIS throttle bodies and parts. He probably has what you need either in a parts tb, or individual parts.
